tv.rub wins citizen media award

In February 2010, the first broadcast of tv.rub, the student magazine of the teaching and learning editorial office in Bochum, went on the air.

The reaction of critics was initially - to put it mildly - underwhelming. But over the years, under the project management of Indira Dupuis, the students have turned the format into a real 'brand'.

In the meantime, graduates of the teaching and learning editorial team are finding jobs in the professional media industry - thanks also to the basics taught in the learning editorial team.

The hard work of the editorial team (which I support with my modest editing skills) has now finally been officially rewarded. The edition of tv.rub, which focused on the 2013 Berlinale, was awarded the "Best Format" category by the jury at the Citizen Media Awards.

Congratulations!
